We understand that things can happen!

At Cork & Click® we understand that things can happen that might cause you to miss a class or need to re-schedule. We try to be as flexible as we can because we work hard to provide the best possible experience for our students. Therefore, we ask that your provide at least 48 hours in advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your class.

Please understand that we keep our class size small so that each student will get the individual attention that we are known for. We send out reminders prior to our classes at least 72 hours in advance to ensure that you have plenty of time to make a schedule change if needed. Since our class sizes are small and we frequently have a wait list for our classes, the following is a breakdown of our fees for cancellations.

• If you let us know within 48 hours of the class, we are happy to update your registration to a future class with no additional charges. This allows us to get in touch with the students on our wait list and inform them that there is an available space in the class.
• Less than 24 hours, 50% of the value of the class can be applied to a future class. We will work with you to re-schedule your class.
• “No Shows” will not be able to re-schedule the class.

We want to do our best to provide the best possible experience for our students. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our cancelation policy.

Cork & Click® Class Cancellations

We also want to ensure that you get the most out of our classes. There are times when we have cancellations from students or the number of registrations for a particular class do not reach a minimum where our students will get the most out of their experience. In the event where we have to cancel a class, we will contact our students within 72 hours of the class and offer to either re-schedule the student for an upcoming class, or provide a 100% refund for the purchase price of the class.
