Winemaker’s Dinner with Joe Forest at Patit Creek.

Cork and Click wine tasting tours have been wine tasting this winter at Patit Creek Cellars and Forgeron Cellars for our photography class wine tour.  They’ve been awesome to us!  I love my time at their shared tasting room!  So much so that I find ways to get back when I’m not teaching photography!

One of those ways was to volunteer as sous chef for Brooke’s (tasting room manager at Patit Creek) beautiful winemaker dinner at Patit Creek.  I love to cook and to come up with menus so it’s always fun for me when I meet like-minded people.  Brooke has a gift for not only coming up with a great menu but one that pairs nicely with the Patit Creeks wines!

Here’s her menu and wine pairings –
